Mission

I would like to welcome you and extend my appreciation to you for choosing to receive care at Logical Medical Care Services (LMCS).

This practice strives to provide the best care to all of its established and new patients, and be accessible to answer your questions  and concerns 7 days a week via our 24 hour on call service.

The clinical provider embraces the idea that aside from medication management, lifestyle modifications, and psychotherapeutic interventions are closely associated with the successful treatment outcome for all disorders especially the behavioral health disorders. She is also very mindful of the patient’s cultural background and beliefs during the implementation of care.

She is fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole.

The following services are provided: Initial evaluations, medication prescription and management, therapeutic interventions, diagnoses, referrals (if warranted), and follow-up visits for all individuals affected by a mental health disorder from age 13 to the end of life.

The  mental health disorders that can be evaluated and treated at this practice  include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD), disruptive disorders, developmental disorders, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorders, eating disorders, delirium and dementia, attention deficit disorders, substance use, and personality disorders.

Please be advised that an animal /pet emotional support letter will not be provided at this practice. The recommendation is that such letter is  obtained from a therapist.

Children under 18 will not be provided stimulants for the management of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in this practice nor can they be prescribed any scheduled II medications.

If a patient is in an emergency mental health crisis or psychosis, it is preferable that he/she is evaluated in the Emergency Room (ER).  A patient or a family member can always call the office and state that it is urgent and ask for advice if unsure about what to do.

You are welcome to use the company website email to ask a question regarding our services while being mindful to protect your privacy. Keep email questions as vague and general as possible and do not discuss medical conditions until you speak to the provider in order to maintain your privacy.
