Our preceptorship is a structured educational and training program designed to provide aspiring mental health providers with valuable hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to the field of psychiatry.  This form of preceptorship offers a unique opportunity for individuals to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge gained in academic settings and the practical skills required to excel in the dynamic and nuanced world of mental health and psychiatry.

Our preceptorship -mentorship program can be an essential part of the educational journey for those pursuing a career in behavior health and psychiatry.  It provides a bridge from academia to practice, fostering the development of well-rounded, competent professionals who can effectively support individuals dealing with mental health challenges.
